Welcome to our Envelope Challenge!
Hope Leadership Academy is a non-profit that serves youth from broken families and fatherless homes in underserved communities around San Diego County. For the past thirteen years, our year-round, comprehensive youth programs have provided after school tutoring, leadership development, summer camps, sports clinics, scholarships, food drives, toy drives, and other extraordinary experiences to thousands of kids living in the toughest neighborhoods- all for free.
This Summer we’re providing nine weeks of back-to-back local field trips, community outreaches, overnight camps and basketball clinics for hundreds of kids. All of our activities and camps include spiritual conversations and discipleship opportunities. We intentionally surround our kids with positive role models that have a heart to invest in the next generation and can teach them practical life skills.
Our heart is to give kids fun memories that point them back to Jesus! The camps we plan are more than childcare for struggling families, more than a place where kids can be fed two meals a day and more than a way to keep them safe and off the streets- we’re creating a family!
